Challenge

The 17th United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 17), will be held in the sunny city of Durban, South Africa in 2011 and OMNI’s Climate Change Task Force(CCTF)  is looking at taking a few good activists!  Instead of a random drawing, we thought we would make it interesting.  Let’s compete to see who the most active activists are for 2011; let’s see who can make the most difference in changing our political and/or social climate with awareness events and/or  sustainability actions.

Eligibility:  All OMNI Climate Change Task force members are eligible.  If you are not a member of OMNI CCTF you can become a member of OMNI CCTF by filling out the member inventory online at:  http://bit.ly/hmLfM3       and then send an email to omni.cctf@gmail.com  with a CC:  to nathanwilson1981@gmail.com  and ggg73@hotmail.com saying you’re up for the challenge and tell us the points you have already to start with (for example if you have already subscribed to the 350PPM Newsletter you already have 1.5pts).

Points:  Click Here for the Webpage showing Points

Points Eligibility:  Points started on February 9, 2011   and will accumulate until October 10, 2011 when the winners will be announced.   Only volunteer actions get points, any actions that you are being paid for as a result of doing are ineligible for counting towards this prize.  A reimbursement for expenses from the action or doing actions is o.k. for points.
