If I were a peacebuilder I would order my PLA Airforce to create 23 new types of armed drones. I would create a video demonstrating the potential use of drone attacks against US aircraft carriers. I would then offer them for sale at a major worldwide avaition show. I would offer easy financing to Syria and Iran.
